Blast valves are devices that mount over the air intake and air outflow pipes in a shelter. They automatically close when a high pressure wave and then the subsequent vacuum wave from a nearby detonation hits your shelter. Without blast valve protection, high pressure air will be forced through the air intake and outflow pipes into your shelter - damaging equipment, injuring or killing occupants, and delivering airborne toxins into your protected space.

Overpressure valves work with the air filter to create and maintain overpressure in your shelter. The A 803 overpressure blast valve integrates both the blast and overpressure valve in one unit.

Gas tight valves allow you to completely isolate your shelter from the outside air.
